Bebeping is the Emotion Teenieping of childishness who appears in Catch! Teenieping. She debuts in "Do You Wanna Be A Baby?"
Appearance[]
Bebeping's Appearance
Bebeping has a light tan body with pink eyes and eyebrows, a heart-shaped nose, and a curly mouth.
She wears a yellow hood with a mint green flower-shaped figure on the hood, pink figures for ears, and a pink tuft of hair comes from out the hood.
Her prop is a yellow rattle, and is usually seen in a white and pink walker[1].
Personality[]
Bebeping is one of the youngest Teeniepings in the Emotions Kingdom. She can be a bit of a trouble-maker, turning people into babies to get what she wants sometimes. But she means no harm in doing this; she just wants everyone to experience what it's like to be young and happy again!
Thinking about her mother saddens Bebeping, as she doesn't know where her mother is[2].
Etymology[]
- The Korean name 베베핑 (“Bebeping“) comes from Bébé, which means “baby“ in French. It also means "baby" in Spanish.
- The Japanese name ベビピン (“Bebipin“) comes from the English word “baby“.
- The Chinese name 宝宝萌可 (“Bǎo bǎo méng kě“) comes from 宝 (“bǎo“), which can mean “baby“. The word 宝宝 (“bǎo bǎo“) also means “darling“ or “baby“.

With her rattle, she can sprinkle Tinkle Puff to turn people into babies.

Do You Wanna Be A Baby?[]
Bebeping about to turn the man into a baby
Bebeping appears and turns a man into a baby after he comments about how he works so hard and never gets to sleep or eat like a baby would, deciding to "grant the man's wish" and turns him into a baby.
A little while after, she sees Lena say that she hates babies when one starts crying nearby them, much to her annoyance. This annoys Bebeping too, and this makes her use magic to turn her into a baby.
While Romi is left to check on the baby and the Royal Teeniepings introduce Bebeping to her, Bebeping goes to the park to try and find more people to turn into babies. She meets a transformed Romi & Lalaping. After a short scuffle, Bebeping's magic winds up hitting Romi when she least expects it, and turns her into a baby!
As Lalaping tries to control the distracted Romi, she even stops her from getting hit by a little girl's scooter. When Bebeping comments that Lalaping and Romi should be more careful, they argue their case that Bebeping should be looking after herself too. This makes her think about her mother, someone who Bebeping has no idea about her whereabouts, and it makes her — and even Romi — cry! Lalaping manages to calm them down with a (loud) song, and this annoys Bebeping enough so that Romi can catch her, and turn her back into a grown-up.
Teenieping Carnival[]
Bebeping sees Shyping & Spookping get some tear candies from Weeping after they decide not to get into a battle over the cookies served to everyone. She thinks that she'll get more tear candies if she turns everyone nearby into babies. Using her magic rattle, she does so, and various tear candies pour out for Bebeping! She joins Team 1 in the Tug-of-War game and dances to "Hi" by Hye-joo afterward.
Trivia[]
- It's revealed that she is slightly older than Noriping. This is because Bebeping can talk (even though she can't understand baby talk).
- Bebeping is the first baby teenieping who can talk, followed by Noriping.
- Bebeping is the first Teenieping to have a stroller as a prop.
- Bebeping is the biggest of the baby Teeniepings compared to the others (Noriping, Muffping, Cupping, and Kissyping) as well as being presumably the oldest.
- Though, it's debatable if Bebeping is even a baby at all giving her bigger size and how she can fully talk, either she could actually be a toddler or she's just a regular Teenieping dressed as a baby.
