Plot[]

Twinkleping dreams of being in the Space Star Village where she is in her room and mixing liquids together. She accidentally bumps some of the empty vials, but Dazzleping rushes in to catch them just before they hit the ground and places them back on the table.

A flashback plays out to the time when Twinkleping was riding along the stars where she noticed that a shooting star is about to crash into her planet. Luckily, Dazzleping used her magic on it to slow it down so that she can push it out of the way. The flashback ends as Dazzleping tells Twinkleping that she's here to get her skates repaired since she has a loose screw on one of them.

But in reality, she twists Sparkleping's nose while she's asleep, thinking that she's about to fix Dazzleping's skates. Sparkleping's screams wake Twinkleping up to be admonished by the former before going back to sleep. Twinkleping gets up and trips on a skateboard before falling over and going over to sit down on the edge while thinking about Dazzleping. In spite of that, she looks at the calendar and is reminded of how the day to fix Dazzleping's skate is overdue.

The next day, Twinkleping bursts into tears as Romi is trying to calm her down. The rest of the Royals explain to Romi that Twinkleping is friends with Dazzleping and how she's quick on her skates, but Twinkleping is sobbing over how she's late in repairing Dazzleping's skates. Following this, Romi and Twinkleping, and the other Royals split up to find her.

In the meantime, Dazzleping is traveling across Harmony Town as she saves a baby bird from a train and place it back in its nest. A group of boys are playing soccer, but one of them kicks the ball and it accidentally goes towards two girls. Dazzleping uses her magic on the ball to slow it down and moves it out of the way before it hits them. While the two boys are tossing pebbles across the river, one of the pebbles is about to hit the woman on the boat, but Dazzleping makes the man row faster to avoid the pebble.

Subsequently, Dazzleping goes off and comes to a stop as she thinks about Twinkleping before taking off once again. Romi and Twinkleping notice a trail of stardust, which came from Dazzleping's skates, meaning that they're on the verge of being damaged. Thus, Romi transforms with Twinkleping into Princess Lunashine.

Dazzleping heads to a street where she sees that an elderly woman is walking across while a car is driving, so she uses her magic on her to make her speed up to avoid getting hit. Romi quickly notices the unusual occurrence, but due to Dazzleping's high speeds, she's going to have some difficulties with finding her.

Meanwhile, Dazzleping is traveling across the playground where she hears Twinkleping's voice only to pass by Romi before she trips and grabs Twinkleping before she falls over. Dazzleping misunderstands this as Twinkleping being in danger, so she rushes over and grabs her hand before skating off.

A chase ensues as Romi uses her magic on Dazzleping, but it doesn't work. Twinkleping tries to tell Dazzleping that her skates are malfunctioning, but Dazzleping doesn't listen and is about to attack Romi; however, an explosion occurs as it sends Dazzleping and Twinkleping flying in opposite directions. Heartsping uses her glow puff to land Twinkleping to safety, but Dazzleping is now riding out of control, and is about to crash into Heartrose.

Sensing the danger, Twinkleping devises a plan to save her by letting her ride around the Space Star Station while she comes in to repair the skates. So, Romi and the Royals make their way to help Dazzleping. They redirect her route and open the doors of Heartrose to let her travel along the walls so that Romi can direct her attention to ride around the station.

Henceforth, Twinkleping is riding on a skateboard in order to reach out to Dazzleping and stop her skates. Despite the dangerous situation, Twinkleping uses a wrench to open up one of the skates to reveal a circuitboard underneath. Unfortunately, she's met with three wires and with no idea on which one she has to cut in order to stabilize Dazzleping. Reminiscing the times when Dazzleping has helped her in the past, she musters up the courage and manages to cut the correct wire to shut down the skates' power.

Although Twinkleping succeeds in saving her friend, she exhausts all of her energy and falls off of stands. As Dazzleping grabs on to her hand and hangs off of the edge, Romi saves the two and puts them down safely. Fortunately, Twinkleping is unharmed in the process and is just glad to see her friend again. Once everything has been resolved, Romi catches Dazzleping with the Shooting Star Pact.

Afterwards, she places her Star Gem on the Celestial. Twinkleping and Dazzleping are about to eat some Space Star Tteokbokki together, but when the rest of the Royals want to have a bite of it, the latter grabs the former's hand as the two run off with the food.
