Dr. Monziu is the scientist and inventor from the Emotions Kingdom. He creates the various tools used by Romi during her Teenieping-catching missions, as he knows everything about the magic of the Kingdom.
Appearance[]
Dr. Monziu takes on the appearance of an orange and white humanoid tabby cat with blue eyes, and a pink nose.
He wears a dark purple and gold wizard hat, a tiny monocle on his nose for his right eye, a long white shirt with three buttons, a dark purple and gold robe over his shirt, a golden collar with a blue circular gem in the middle, and two red gems on the left and right of it respectively, a suspender that holds his black belt, a black pair of pants, and a satchel to carry his two bottles full of red and blue liquids respectively.
Personality[]
Dr. Monziu is a friendly and cheerful, but serious person who deeply cares about Romi, the Teeniepings, and the royal family. He loves to be prepared for any situation, and gets distressed if he detects something's wrong or if he fears for the worst case scenario.
However, he can sometimes have a sarcastic side to himself as shown in "Transform! Floraheart" who would rather talk to people who are calm instead of someone being impatient.
Magic[]
With his magic, Dr. Monziu can unlock the Cube Chamber's seal, and summon his magical phone to contact anyone.
History[]
Heartsping: Teenieping of Love[]
He was shocked after hearing that Romi choosed Heartsping as her partner when Romi wonders why he explains that it could be dangerous since she lives near the Ramien Castle where monsters appear and attack the humans and teeniepings.
Season 1[]
Don't Look at the Mirror[]
While not making an actual appearance, it's more indirect, Dr. Monziu shows up in a flashback during Narrping's persuasion where Romi is being playful and makes a mess in his lab, which greatly annoys him.
The Bubble Gum Disaster[]
Just as when things start to get hopeless as Gogoping keeps inflating and Heartrose Bakery is starting to shake, a taxi from the Emotions Kingdom shows up and lands on the street. From the taxi, Queen Stella steps out and arrives with Dr. Monziu, to spend some time with Romi and Sarah.
However, the heartwarming reunion comes to an end when Gogoping is in a dire situation. Queen Stella addresses this as an emergency, so she calls for Dr. Monziu to help with the situation. Dr. Monziu pulls out some magical star candies that will help any inflated Teenieping to deflate back to normal.
Princess Heart uses her magic to create a balloon staircase for her to give the magical star candies to Gogoping. Regrettably, a strong gust of wind blows Romi off course and drops almost all of the star candies. Dr. Monziu tells Romi to be careful as there's only one star candy left with Romi.
Fortunately, she's able to toss one of the candies into Gogoping's mouth and he's able to deflate back to normal, saving himself and Heartrose in the process. Unfortunately, Romi falls from a great height on to Dr. Monziu for a safe landing. Luckily, Dr. Monziu's used to the feeling of being a live cushion for others to land on.
Back in the bakery, Dr. Monziu looks over at the desserts on the counter and is admired by the delicious looking desserts. He things that mixing sugar and cream is excellent, but Ian, Kyle, and Jun think that Dr. Monziu's wearing a cat costume and suggest that he should take it off, but he's not wearing any cat costume.
Just then, Luca and her friends enter the bakery and notice Dr. Monziu. They all think that he's a cute cat and want to pull his whiskers, but Dr. Monziu runs away from the children out of the bakery.
Greedy Allmineping[]
With Dr. Monziu and Queen Stella's stay continuing from where it's left off, Dr. Monziu participates with distributing the bags of cookies to the other people. He catches attention from a boy and a girl as he gives one bag to each of them while telling them to take them one at a time. Romi and Queen Stella recognizes that his cat face is really eye-catching towards other people, which makes him reveal that he used to be human and was popular with his original face. Romi doesn't realize this and thinks that he was born a cat, which greatly irritates him and briefly tells her that there's a string of events that made him this way.
Soon enough, Ian and Kyle catch everyone's attention to notice that the desserts are disappearing, which Romi identifies the culprit to be Allmineping with the Magic Catcher.
While Dr. Monziu is talking to Queen Stella, Romi barges inside with the Royal Teeniepings to ask him for help to catch Allmineping and devises a plan. With that, Dr. Monziu brings in a delicious cake for Allmineping to steal, so that the Royal Teeniepings can deliver an ambush.
Afterwards, Dr. Monziu and Queen Stella are leaving Harmony Town with the former telling Romi that if she ever needs anything, she can contact Dr. Monziu for any help. Following this, the two board the Magic Taxi and they go back to the Emotions Kingdom while saying goodbye to Romi and the others.
Dadaping Is Everywhere[]
Once Romi and Sarah contact Dr. Monziu through the magic mirror, he gives Romi the Super Rollroll Stone and Amazing Glowglow Stone to enhance her magic in order to turn Dadaping back to his original shape much to his reluctance in case if Heart King finds out about it.
However, while the magical stones are a huge success in helping Dadaping turn back to normal, it has the side effect of turning him pink colored. Luckily, Dr. Monziu informs them that they only last a week before cutting off.
That's a No, Nonoping![]
He is seen through the magic mirror he explains that Nonoping's magic lasts longer due to Romi`s increasing magic power. He also explains that he will do something about the broken Magic Wand.
The Arrow of Luvping[]
While he didn`t appear directly Dadaping mentions that he contacted Dr. Monziu to ask if he knows how to pull the Luvping`s arrow from Gogoping`s body to which he replied that he didn`t know how to.
Likey the Pranks, Giggleping![]
He gives Romi the Teenie Heart Shield since her magic wand had broke the last time she tried to block Nonoping's Tinkle Puff.
Too Cold, Coolping![]
He is confused after learning about Giggleping he thinks that she could be a new Teenieping but then says that he knows all the Teeniepings in the universe.
Five Romis[]
He goes to the Heartrose Bakery to give Romi new candies in order to remove her clones. He takes back the broken magic mirror. From now on, he appears throughout Romi's mirror with a new magic tool.
The Flower Incident[]
At the beginning of the episode, he warns Romi about the Gate Cubes going out of control and tells that he didn`t knows what will happen if the Cube did not complete soon.
Happying's Back[]
He talks about the yummy fruit and says Giggleping might eaten the fruit but leaves after having unstable signals from the Cube Chamber after learning that Giggleping is actually Happying he says that she is probably the one behind the Cube incident and says he will look for a way to cure her.
Princess Veronica[]
He is shown at the end of the episode greeting Romi with the Royal family he said he will make a new cather for Romi soon.
Season 2[]
Twinkle Twinkle, Jewel Teeniepings[]
He made Jewel Heart Wing Phone for Romi before the Royal Jewel Teeniepings stole it and run away with it, he tries to contact Romi about it but couldn`t due to jewel teeniepings falling down to earth preventing signals from reaching it.
Welcome to Teenieping School![]
He contacts Romi and explains the Jewel Forest and the Jewel Teeniepings to her he then sends a package containing Romi`s new items and the Teenieping School
Wonderping, the Hero Teenieping[]
At the beginning of the episode, he says the jewel forest might disappear if the Teeniepings won't return soon.
Teenieping School Graduation[]
He congratulates Royal Jewel Teeniepings and approves their graduation making them full fleged Royalpings.

He is seen fixing the jewel heart wing phone and tells that he will explain everything about Jennie`s parents to Romi.

He warns Romi that the Dessert Teeniepings are scattered on earth.

He explains that Romi and the others are shrunken due to an interaction between the Sugar Berry Pact and the Magic Sugar Ball he says that they need to touch the two items again in order to turn back to normal.

After learning that Puffping become really strong he explains Romi about the history of the Dessert Village and Sweetping and Tangyping and tells that they need to find them to stop Puffping.

The Girl Who Came Upon a Star[]
He is standing with Romi, Jennie and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings. He explains Romi about the Star Teeniepings After he introduces a plane for Romi to ride she says that it is too small so doctor Monzui gives Romi a shrinking potion. It was never establish how long it will last
Hop Hop Hopping[]
After Ian found the Space Star Plane and it`s repaired by Twinkleping He contacts Romi relieved that she`s fine and tells her to catch the Star Teeniepings but the communication is cut off he later sends Romi a letter and gives her the Space Star Station.
Royal Teeniepings Who Became Lost in Space[]
Romi contacts him and says that Royalpings went to space to which he gueses that it might have something to do with the Celestial`s powers.
I Want To Meet You, Ellaping, Bellaping[]
While didn`t appear directly Royalpings mention that Dr. Monziu send them the Star Flower in order for them to take care of it.
