Gogoping is the Royal Emotion Teenieping of courage who appears in Catch! Teenieping. He is tasked with supporting Romi in her mission to catch the Emotion Teeniepings alongside the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings. He debuts in "You Can Do It, Maya!"
Appearance[]
Gogoping's Appearance
Gogoping is a yellow star-themed Teenieping. He has a light-yellow body, an orange collar with a round golden badge, and a white underbelly with the golden Royal Teenieping symbol. He has small eyebrows, and dark purple irises in his eyes.
He has a yellow hair tuft with two bumps and yellow touches that resemble a hamster. He also has stars attached to his ears. He has a short tail, a bright yellow star on his tail tip, and a round nose with a normal mouth.
Personality[]
Gogoping is the embodiment of courage and determination, often acting as the motivational force among the Royal Emotion Teeniepings. His fearless nature pushes him to confront challenges head-on, whether it's physical training, rescuing others, or taking on dangerous situations. Gogoping thrives in high-energy environments, enjoying activities like martial arts and daring escapades. His love for action movies fuels his imagination, often inspiring him to mimic heroic acts he admires on screen.
While his courage is unwavering, Gogoping sometimes struggles with impulsiveness, rushing into situations without considering the consequences. This trait can lead to unintended mishaps, such as accidentally putting others in danger while trying to help. Despite these occasional missteps, Gogoping always takes responsibility for his actions, demonstrating his honorable and humble nature.
Gogoping has a playful side, which is most evident in his interactions with Heartsping and other Teeniepings. Catch! Teenieping[]
Gogoping was one of the Teeniepings released to Earth from the Cube Chamber.
"You Can Do It, Maya!"[]
Gogoping is first seen at Romi’s school standing up to a cat after it tries to attack a bird that fell out of its nest, using his Tinkle Puff to freeze it and get the bird to safety. He then overhears Romi & Marylou encourage Maya as she tries to pass the vaulting box test in gym class.
To try and help out, Gogoping uses his Tinkle Puff on Maya to give her a boost of courage, but it backfires, making Maya doubt she’ll be able to complete the vaulting box test. This angers Romi, as she and Heartsping believe Gogoping was trying to prank her.
A chase ensues, and it goes so far as to include Dadaping in the mix to try and stop him. Gogoping’s magic backfires against him when he tries to stop the chase, and he’s caught by Romi. Afterward, Romi, Heartsping & Dadaping ask for forgiveness when they realize what he had been trying to do, and they ask if he can help Maya properly overcome the vaulting box test.
While Maya completes the vaulting box test in practice, he doesn’t use his magic when Maya properly does the vaulting box test, as he recognized that Maya was able to do it by herself, thanks to the confidence she was able to gain in practice.
"Spooky Picture Time"[]
During a picnic, Gogoping jokes around with Heartsping, taking a picture of her shocked face when a spider appears and scares her. Afterward, he joins the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings for a game of hide-and-seek, leaving behind his camera. Spookping takes the camera and decides to play around with it.
When Gogoping returns and finds his camera’s gone missing, Romi and the other Royal Teeniepings go to search for it and find that Spookping has taken the camera to cause mischief in Harmony Town. Gogoping chases after Spookping, and is able to evade Spookping’s tricks by stealing his magic flashlight and causing a big spider to appear. This scares Spookping enough for him to give up the camera.
"The Bubble Gum Disaster"[]
When Gogoping learns — along with the other Royal Teeniepings — about bubble gum, they all decide to give a try at blowing bubbles with the gum. Gogoping then starts to get ahead of himself and swallows a bunch of bubblegum (which Sarah had warned the Teeniepings about previously), and expands in size. Luckily, Romi is able to save him with the help of Dr. Monziu’s magical star candies, and he gets shrunk back down to a regular Teenieping size.
"The Arrow of Luvping"[]
Hungry after a workout, Gogoping finds Heartsping eating some cookies and leaps out at her to have some. This shocks Heartsping, causing her to drop her favorite tea cup, and one of the pieces cuts Gogoping on the leg. He tries to apologize, but Heartsping turns him down, saying the tea cup was more important than their friendship.
With the two on bad terms, they’re forced to work together when Luvping is seen causing trouble all over Harmony Town. Gogoping accidentally uses his Tinkle Puff on Heartsping, which doesn’t help matters... but things get worse when Luvping’s arrow is aimed at Heartsping. Gogoping leaps out and takes the hit for himself, knocking him unconscious!
Heartsping, devastated by this, aims to stay by Gogoping’s side while Romi and the other Royal Teeniepings catch Luvping. When they do, Heartsping tries to get her to remove the arrow, but Luvping doesn’t how. This causes Heartsping to cry, and it activates her tear magic, which makes the arrow disappear, and bringing Gogoping back to life! The two make up after their previous disagreement, getting them back on good terms.
"Phew, Too Heavy!"[]
Gogoping helps out with picking blueberries and carrying the sacks of blueberries over to Heartrose Bakery. While he tries to take one of the sacks by hismelf, Heavyping uses his Tinkle Puff while hiding in a tree, causing the blueberry sack to become really heavy — and Gogoping can hardly lift it!
Gogoping races back to the others to tell them about what’s going on, but Heavyping eats the sack of blueberries while he’s gone. They suspect that Gogoping was the one who ate the blueberries, causing him to leave in frustration.
On his own, Gogoping finds and confronts Heavyping, seeing that he was the one who ate the blueberries. After a brief scuffle — and Giggleping attempting to interrupt — he’s able to escape and use his own body against himself to trap Heavyping, allowing Romi to catch him, and patch things up with Gogoping.
Twinkle Catch! Teenieping[]
After all of the Emotion Teeniepings are caught, Gogoping returns to the Emotions Kingdom along with the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings (except for Heartsping) to resume their role as teachers at the Royal Teenieping School.
"Twinkle Twinkle, Jewel Teeniepings"[]
Gogoping is seen with Dadaping & Happying racing to try and stop Maskping upon hearing that a crisis is going down in the Jewel Forest, but are too late in doing so. He alerts the Heart King of what’s happened through his magic mirror.
"Royal Teenieping Face-Off!"[]
Gogoping and the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings (except for Happying) arrive at Heartrose Bakery to challenge the student Royal Teeniepings to a duel upon realizing their progress in catching the Jewel Teeniepings has been lackluster. He joins Dadaping & Lalaping to challenge them and beat them out at the last game. He and the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings return to the Emotions Kingdom.
"Teenieping School Graduation"[]
Gogoping and the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings (except for Happying) arrive to the bakery to watch the graduation of the Jewel Teeniepings.
