The Heartrose Bakery is Romi and the Teeniepings' residency in Harmony Town. Owned by Sarah, the shop sells various sorts of bread and pastries, and is known to be the best bakery in the city. It also houses Romi and Sarah's living space on the second floor.

Apperance[]

The Heartrose Bakery is a very noticeable building, which is redesigned with new features, color schemes and food each season.

Exterior[]

The bakery's exterior in Season 2

The bakery's exterior is a light pink building. Its large middle part is mounted on two floors with white roofs, with a heart window as well as the suspended bakery's sign on top of it. It is surrounded by two smaller parts, with white columns and chapel-like windows, and mounted on two roofs on the second floor, with small terraces delimited by some fences. The building has a lot of windows on it, with large ones on the first floor, and smaller round ones at the top. In Season 2, flashy pink tints are added near the windows, and their shape as well as the door's slightly changes in Season 3.

The bakery's door has a hand drawn sign featuring Sarah, indicating whether the shop is opened or closed, a pink board presumably listing the shop's articles, and occasionally some outdoor tables. There also is another door at the back of the building.

The shop's interior is a large space with several shelves, cupboards and stands full of articles. In Season 1, the furniture is mostly regrouped near walls, with the counter, tables and Teenieping House at the back. From Season 2 onwards, the store is equipped with a large stand, cut in half in Season 3, while the counter is moved to the left and the new Teenieping School or Secret Castle is added to the stand.

The store's decoration changes each season: in Season 1, it is pink-themed, and brown tints are added to it in Season 2. In Season 3, most of the shop changes to adopt new green and coral tints. The windows' shape also changes that season, and a false ceiling is added on top of the counter, while the stands are embellished with strawberries.

At the back, two doors respectively lead to the other spaces of the bakery: at the left is the kitchen, a pink room equipped with wooden tables a traditional oven, and all sorts of furniture used by the patissiers. The right door leads to a small corridor with the storage room, the back door, and stairs to the second floor.

The bakery on a busy day

The Heartrose Bakery is a busy shop which offers a lot of services: the bakery's main service is the bread and pastries selling, with the articles exposed all around the shop. The articles include baguettes, cakes, sweets, desserts... The client can also enjoy some snacks and special drinks on the bakery's table, such as tea or pastries from the bakery.

Besides all that, the bakery also offers multiple special services: first, the clients can order all sorts of custom pastries, from birthday (including Heartrose's signature cake, the special strawberry cake) to wedding cakes. Secondly, they can ask for their baguettes to be delivered directly at home, most of the time by Romi.

Finally, events are often organized: special items, like the Heartsping cookie, can be promoted with a cookie distribution, or even bigger tasting events are organized every so often.

Trivia[]

  • The bakery's back door, yet briefly mentioned "The Art is Alive!", isn't actually added in the bakery until Season 2.
    • Furthermore, it isn't seen in the bakery's exterior in any season. It is likely that this new addition wasn't originally planned while the bakery's model was being created.
  • In Season 1, the Teenieping House's sighting is quite inconsistent: the house often mysteriously disappears in multiple scenes.
  • In "Who's the Best?", during the chase of Dareping, tables and chair can be seen at the exterior of the bakery, despite not making any other appearances ever again.
