Hye-joo is a famous singer introduced in "Mimicping is a Fan" as Mimicping's idol and appears throughout the series. Her new video clip just got released, which makes Mimicping use his magic to make the people in Harmony Town imitate her dance moves. This goes viral on social media, making her come to the town and encounter Mimicping.

Hye-joo has a pale skin with an amber short hair with a tiny ponytail, she wears a black cap with silver that includes a golden text at it.
She wears a black crop-top and black gloves, lastly, she wears black and red shorts.
Season 4[]
Hye-joo's appearance is kept mostly the same, but her black hat has a shiny silver star with a chain connecting to it, and it includes a pink text on it.
She wears a white bolero sweater with rainbow patterns on both of her arms.

Hye-joo is very popular, likes cute stuff, and is passionate with her work as an idol and singer. She also likes extraordinary stuff that are currently too much for others. Although she loves stuff that not everyone can agree on, she's sweet and kind who loves spreading her music throughout Harmony Town.

Mimicping is a Fan[]
Hye-joo was seen in her advertisement, making Mimicping excited until Lena says that Hye-joo is a bad singer, causing her, Cindy and Hani to dance like Hye-joo's.
Later on, after a few scenes, Dreamping pretends to be Hye-joo in Mimicping's sight, which was a prank after all.

Later on, after Mimicping gets caught, the TV announced that Hye-joo is around Harmony Town, Hye-joo enters the Heartrose Bakery as it was the most popular bakery in the town, Mimicping showed his love for her and Hye-joo hugs him.
Season 4[]
I Want To Decorate It Pretty, Meringue[]
She appears on an advertisement banner, and enters Heartrose Bakery; however, seeing nobody except Fluffyping, she admired on how cute Fluffyping was and ordered a cake.
At the end, Hye-joo returned to the bakery to take her cake, however, it was filled with tons of meringue toppings because of Meringueping, and some sherbets and jellies for Shashaping and Jellyping to stop Meringueping. Although the cake looks awful, Hye-joo really loves it and appreciates it.
Pudding Pudding, Pudding Dance[]
She creates her latest album; the Dadada Song, it has been spread entirely at the Harmony Town. Despite being popular, because of Puddingping's magic, it makes everyone who hears it starts to dance.
At the end, she enters Heartrose Bakery and see Puddingping and the Royal Dessert Teeniepings dancing at her song, and happily dances with them.

- The first English phrase of the song differs between the Korean ("You will be my baby") and the English dub ("Won't you be my baby").

- Hye-joo's English name was originally meant to be Heiju, as seen on the official channel.
- In Season 3 Episode 11, she appears on the cover of a fashion magazine.
