The Jewel Heart Wing Phone is Romi's main tool in Twinkle Catch! Teenieping. It is an important tool used to catch Jewel Teeniepings and for Romi to transform into a princess.

The Jewel Heart Wing Phone is a pink phone with glittery white wings on each side and a pink jeweled bow on top. There is a charming jewel band slot to place a jewel charm in, a screen in the middle, and a heart button along with other buttons on the device.
Magic[]
It is able to display a list of Teeniepings, and catch and store them. Romi can use the device to transform and use a magical projectile to attack an opponent. She can also call people such as one of the Royalpings by calling them on her phone, and can communicate with a caught Teenieping. It is also used to identify a certain Jewel Teeniepings after the Teenieping alarm sounds.

Twinkle Twinkle, Jewel Teeniepings[]
Upon hearing the news that the Jewel Forest has been attacked by a mysterious Teenieping in accordance with Dadaping, Heart King, Queen Belita, and Dr. Monziu are left with no other option but to get Romi's help to catch the Jewel Teeniepings. Dr. Monziu instructs Chachaping and Lalaping to retrieve the Jewel Heart Wing Phone only for it to be gone.
As it turns out, the Royal Jewel Teeniepings take the Jewel Heart Wing Phone in an urgent matter for them to rescue their friends. Joahping questions if stealing the Jewel Heart Wing Phone is a good idea, but Teeheeping explains that saving the Jewel Teeniepings takes priority, and Trustping adds that they can apologize later. The Royal Jewel Teeniepings make their way to the Teenieping Bus to which they set their destination to Earth.
Unfortunately, Chachaping and Lalaping arrive too late, and the Royal Jewel Teeniepings escape to Earth. The two need to inform Romi about this immediately when Dr. Monziu catches up with them as he summons his magic cell phone. To make matters worse, because Jewel Teeniepings are falling down to Earth, it interferes with the signal, meaning that Dr. Monziu can't call Romi at this point in time.
The next day, Maya and Marylou inform Romi about the Teenieping Bus that they saw some Teeniepings who exited out from. Meanwhile, the Royal Jewel Teeniepings are trying to navigate their way on Earth starting with crossing a busy street. Afterwards, Trustping acknoledges that Earth is a dangerous place and becomes hungry, so the Royal Jewel Teeniepings grab a fresh bagel and eat it. Teeheeping offers Joahping to eat some, but the latter refuses, saying that if the man finds out that the bagel is gone, he'll be ballistic.
However, Romi and Heartsping catch the troublemakers to which the latter questions why the student Royal Teeniepings are here on Earth and notices the Jewel Heart Wing Phone. Teeheeping creates a distraction so that she and the rest of the student Royal Teeniepings can escape. A chase ensues as Romi runs after the Royal Jewel Teeniepings until they all lead inside of a construction site.
All of them soon enter a safety cage tied to a rope that raises them up. Trustping uses his magic to create a strong whirlwind that causes the cage to shake, and the rope starts to slide off. Romi tells the Royal Jewel Teeniepings to join her due to the danger of the situation, but refuse saying that they came to Earth to save their Jewel Teenieping friends after they were sent there from the Jewel Forest by someone bad.
The safety cage loses balance, and Romi tries to get them to join again, but Teeheeping says she can’t help. When asked why, Trustping informs that they heard that she chose to stay on Earth and swore that she wouldn’t use magic anymore to which the latter confirms that it's true.
The three Jewel Teeniepings tell Romi that they’re confident they can use the Jewel Heart Wing Phone on their own to help find their friends, even if their magic isn’t entirely the best. But Romi still tells them to trust her, as the Teeniepings are still hesitant to approach her.
Slowly, but steadily, the rope loses it's balance as the cage is slipping. Romi begs for the Royal Jewel Teeniepings for her to help, but they're still hesitant as ever. But just when the rope fully slips out from the cage, Romi reaches out to try and save them, as the Jewel Heart Wing Phone falls towards her, and she calls on Heartsping to help. Maya & Marylou approach the scene and see the cage crash and fall to the ground, but the glowing silhouette of a transformed Romi appears as she exits the cage with the Jewel Teeniepings safe and sound, fully transformed as Princess Diaheart.

Unfortunately, the phone breaks inside of the Jewel cavern when it is flung against a wall, and Romi returns it to Dr. Monziu.

- The Jewel Heart Wing Phone is part of the line of the typical main tool, present in each season, as it replaces the Magic Catcher from Season 1, and is replaced by the Mystic Heart Wing from Season 3, the Sugar Berry Pact from Season 4, and the Shooting Star Pact from Season 5.
- In the beginning of the intro, you can hear a smart phone's ringtone so this could reference the Jewel Heart Wing Phone.
- The Jewel Heart Wing Phone is the first tool that can use magic without the need of a separate magic tool followed by the Mystic Heart Wing.
- The Jewel Heart Wing Phone may be inspired by the PreHeart from HUGtto! Pretty Cure.
