Noah, full name Noah Calem Celeste XIII, is a prince of the North Pole Planet. Introduced in Star Catch! Teenieping as a transfer student who had joined Mr. Dayne's class in "Share the Light, Giverping," he has kept a close eye on Romi until he eventually reveals his true identity to her at the end of "Romi Became a Teenieping".
He's been trying to find his personal Teenieping, who is Princeping, after he has received his golden crown that fell from the sky. By the time he reunites with him, he accompanies Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings to go to his home planet to find and rescue Auroraping.

Noah has pale skin, light blonde hair, and blue eyes. He wears a pair of black pants, a light blue coat, a yellow shirt, and Princeping's crown on his left index finger.

Personality[]
Noah is a friendly, cheerful, and calm person who loves to socialize with others and make new friends. Whenever he sees some people fighting over something, he'll step in as a mediator, and guide both parties to a mutual and peaceful solution. Even with his easygoing attitude, he has a serious side to him that makes him stand up to what he thinks is the right thing to do in the face of danger.

Noah is introduced as a new student to Mr. Dayne's class. When he looks at Romi, he has an annoyed look on his face. After class, he becomes very popular with his classmates due to his handsome face, but he glares harshly at Romi as she exits the classroom.
Wandering Petitping[]
When Maya is sad about the death of her pet fish, Milk, Lena, Cindy, and Hani almost get into fight because they laugh at Maya for being sad, but Noah mediates the conflict by mentioning that Lena must be sad inside too.
I Want To Become Transparent, Lucyping[]
While his classmates are panicking due to seeing each other invisible because of Lucyping, he tries to mediate the situation by calming everyone down, but he's soon struck by Lucyping's Tinkle Puff. He gives advice to Romi, who was going to catch Lucyping, but because he's invisible, she's unable to notice him.
After Lucyping has been caught with the Shooting Star Pact, he looks over at Romi (who's transformed with Shimmerping into Princess Starlight) and the Royal Star Teeniepings from the distance, looking angry at them.
Noah Comes To Heartrose[]
Noah receives a job experience from Mr. Dayne and he is paired up with Romi to work in Heartrose. He goes to the bakery, and is almost hit by Twinkleping's accidental Tinkle Puff enhanced with Shimmerping's, but he uses his notebook to deflect it.
Afterwards, he is learning how to make bread with Ian, Kyle, and Jun, but he soon hears that Romi had been transferred before, so he asks her where she was before she moved to Harmony Town. However, he's gets a little confused when he hears that Twinkleping blurted out that Romi is the princess of the Emotions Kingdom by mistake, but chooses not to pay any attention to that.
Soon enough, Romi and Noah are putting on their respective aprons in Heartrose's warehouse with the latter trying to pull out a crown-shaped ring before notices that Romi is wearing a ring. In spite of this, Romi gets frightened by the snake toy that was installed by Lena, Cindy, and Hani beforehand, but she unknowingly dropped the Shooting Star Pact from her bag in the process. Noah picks it up and returns it to Romi.
After they get back to the kitchen, Romi notices some Tinkle Puff on Noah's crown ring while they are kneading the bread. Once Romi and the others try out the bread they made, everyone claims that it's delicious. Romi discovers that Petitping is eavesdropping and is hungry, so she feeds him a piece of bread.
This triggers a memory within him of a mysterious Teenieping sitting on a glowing star, which makes him get lost in his own thoughts and ignore everything around him. But just as when Romi, Heartsping, and Noah make contact around Petitping to reach out to him, they also get a vision of the same Teenieping who looks over and smiles at them.
Petitping then asks Noah why he has a golden crown ring, but the latter thinks that the former is hiding something. After finishing the bread-making experience in Heartrose, he wonders why didn't the Shooting Star Pact and his crown ring react with each other, and vows to keep a watchful eye on the strange Teenieping that he had encountered.
Finding Petitping[]
While Noah walks into Heartrose to return the book he had borrowed from Romi, he finds out that Romi had gone to Sharan Island to find the Petitping, so he uses the teleporter of the Space Star Station to go to Sharan Island.
Upon arriving, he manages to save Romi (who transformed with Heartsping into Princess Brightheart) from being bitten by a giant spider, and free her from its webbings. But just as when the giant spider is about to attack them, Noah's ring emits a powerful array of light at it, allowing them to escape safely.
After a while, he returns to Heartrose before telling Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings the truth. He reveals that he had already known the truth about Romi ever since the events of Lucyping's influence, and that his real name is "Noah Calem Celeste XIII" where he is a descendant of the royal family of the Space Star Village.
Romi Became a Teenieping[]
Noah goes to Heartrose to see Romi to look for her but is interrupted by Maya and Marylou, who are hiding the fact that Romi has become a Teenieping. Soon enough, he finds Romiping sitting down nearby. When he asks her where Romi is, not knowing that she is Romi, she accidentally says "Romi" at the end of her sentences, so she runs away without him knowing her identity. Maya and Marylou end up dragging him into the kitchen as a distraction.
Later, he's not completely unaware that Maya, Marylou, and the Royal Star Teeniepings have gone out to find Romiping. He soon follows after them and eventually notices that Romiping is falling from a tree, which leads him to rush towards her to save her. This makes his crown ring come into contact with her and returns Romi to her original state. When Romi opens her eyes, she sees Noah's new appearance before recovering her vision as it switches back to his original look.
Follow Kissyping and Go Thirty Thousand Miles[]
Noah is at the park while putting Kissyping to sleep. Then, when Romi (who's transformed with Shimmerping into Princess Starlight) runs towards him, he gives Kissyping back to her. Once Romi catches Kissyping, this indicates that all the Star Teeniepings are caught as Romi, the Royals, and Noah see the aurora in the sky. Romi wonders about the Teenieping named Princeping who she has yet to meet with, which causes Noah to gain his attention.
Memories of the Stars[]
Noah rushes to the bakery to tell Romi and the Star Teeniepings his story about how he got his ring. He also reveals that Petitping is Princeping, which shocks everyone.
He goes on to explain that he refrained from revealing Petitping's identity until Romi has caught all the Star Teeniepings to which he denies the story that Noah had told. In addition, Noah reveals that Petitping, who he called stubborn, is his Teenieping partner.
In the flashback, after Princeping threw his golden crown into the black hole due to his sorrow and regret over his separation Auroraping, he began to wear Princeping's crown that had been disguised as his ring, which had fallen like a meteorite. Returning to the present, he senses that Princeping had awakened, so he came to Heartrose and promises Petitping that they would save the Space Star Village before joining Romi and the Royals to find and rescue Auroraping.
Star Teeniepings, Gather the Power of Stars[]
After the Star Teeniepings have finished with their preparations, Noah is with Romi to watch the Teeniepings sing and play the song, which activates all of the Star Gems gathered in the Celestial. It creates a portal and teleports itself to where Auroraping is at.
By the time Romi and the others make it to four portals with no way of knowing which one did the Celestial go through, Petitping blames himself for everything that had happen; however, Noah reminds him that he would've regret it forever if he doesn't do anything.
Thus, Petitping recovers his memories, which makes the golden crown on Noah's finger light up and come back to him before transforming back into Princeping. He combines Auroraping's arrow with the Shooting Star Pact for it to show them the correct portal. With that, they arrive at Noah's home planet and make their way to find Auroraping.
Auroraping of Promise[]
Noah goes and helps Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings find Auroraping, but they fall down into a cave and face a snake monster. He throws rocks to distract the monster and Princeping uses his shield to protect Noah and Romi (transformed as Princess Brightheart) uses the Star Heart Beam.
Princeping and Noah are being chased by the snake, but they end up falling over a cliff. Thus, the two hold hands, which causes Noah to transform into a prince. He makes a rope to hold the dragon down as Princeping uses his Tinkle Puff to make the snake disappear.
Upon arriving at where the Celestial is at, Romi and Noah advise Princeping not to go to the celestial alone, but he goes in. But just as when Princeping is gone, he is brought back by Auroraping. He is brought back to life just before he was declared dead.
However, when Auroraping fires her arrow into outer space, the rest of the group are met with the black hole who fires Auroraping's arrow back at her, losing her wings in the process.
Aurora That Connects Hearts[]
Noah and Romi use their magic to make a shield to stop the black hole from absorbing the Royal Star Teeniepings. The Celestial then gets absorbed by the black hole, which grants them the ability to speak.
They make a shield to block the lightning strike, but the Black Hole is too powerful as they make Noah detransform along with Romi. They are about to be stricken by the black hole, but are saved by the Star Teeniepings. They sacrifice themselves to save him and Romi, which brings them to tears.
Upon Romi's transformation with Auroraping into Princess Aurora, Noah and Princeping are amazed by what they are seeing.
After the black hole is defeated, Noah thanks Princeping for helping him and then leaves to return to his home so that he can bring his familiy members from a deep sleep. He says goodbye to Romi one last time and tells her that they'll meet again someday at the last second before Romi disappears and brings the Celestial to outer space.
