Romi being messy in Dr. Monziu's lab
Romi is a playful, clumsy and curious girl. Proud and cheerful, she is messy and likes to fool around and have fun with her friends, whom she loves a lot. She is nice and generous, and likes to help the people she loves when they are in trouble. With a smile bright like the sun and her irresistible attitude, she is easily forgiven for her actions.
She is also shown to be fearless as she's not afraid to risk her life and face danger in many occasions throughout the show and is responsible as she takes her missions to catch Teeniepings seriously, but she also doesn't forget to spend some quality time hanging out with her friends and doing other stuff during her missions.

Transformations
- To see more of Romi's transformations, check the dedicated article.
Romi transforming with Heartsping
With the kiss of a Royal Teenieping - or drinking a juice they prepared in Season 4 - and with the help of her main tool the Magic Catcher, the Jewel Heart Wing Phone, the Mystic Heart Wing, the Sugar Berry Compact, the Shooting Star Pact, or the Princess Pact, Romi can transform into a magical princess, which differs depending on which Royal Teenieping she transforms with, and the season. She gets a brand-new look which protecting her from her secret identity and follows the color scheme of the chosen Teenieping.
Romi gains various magical abilities using her main or some new special tools she gets. She can for example throw magical spells, protect herself with a shield, use her Mystic Heart Wing Bow in Season 3, Sugar Prism Shot in Season 4, Star Heart Beam in Season 5, or Heartlight in Season 6, and once defeated, catch a freed Teenieping.
Teenieping Interaction
The Charming Jewel Band ringing
In order to carry out her Teenieping-catching mission even in her civilian form, Romi holds a specific identification tool - the Magic Bell in Season 1 and the Charming Jewel Band in Season 2 (included with her main tool in Season 3 and onwards), which rings moments after a freed Teenieping is detected. This allows her to quickly react when a Teenieping is within her reach.
Romi detecting a Teenieping
To know who she has to deal with, she uses her main tool - the Magic Catcher in Catch! Teenieping, the Jewel Heart Wing Phone in Twinkle Catch! Teenieping, the Mystic Heart Wing in Secret Catch! Teenieping, the Sugar Berry Compact in Dessert Catch! Teenieping, the Shooting Star Pact in Star Catch! Teenieping and the Princess Pact in Princess Catch! Teenieping - to identify any Teenieping by its shadow or any trace it left like footsteps. The tool will show an image of the detected Teenieping, allowing Romi or her companion(s) to describe it to her.
Romi summoning some Teeniepings
Additionally, Romi can use her catching tools to summon a previously caught Teenieping, by simply calling their names.
Mental Abilities
Romi creating a protective shield
Even when not transformed, Romi, as taught during her early childhood in the Emotions Kingdom, is capable of creating a pink protective shield to protect herself from getting hit by magic or something dangerous. However, it is energy-consuming, therefore she only uses this ability when the situation is critical.
Secondly, as briefly shown in "Happying's Back," she has a telepathic connection with Happying's small crown, allowing her to transfer some of her energy to the crown.
Relationships
Family
Queen Belita and Heart King
Romi and her parents
Romi's relationship with her parents is built on an unshakeable foundation of unconditional love. This is evident in their constant care and her ability to always feel safe and cherished, even when they disagree. Despite being a princess, Romi is treated with deep respect by her parents, who trust her judgment and allow her a significant degree of autonomy, fostering a strong sense of self-worth in her.
Before her departure, Romi actively participated in minor royal duties and learned about governance from her parents. This shared responsibility solidified their bond, as they worked together for the good of their kingdom. For Romi, her parents are her primary source of emotional support and guidance. She turns to them for comfort, advice, and reassurance, especially when facing difficult decisions or personal challenges.
Sarah
Sarah being harsh with Romi
Sarah is Romi's older cousin. Since Romi moved to Harmony Town, Sarah became her parental figure, as she started to behave like a mother to her. The two get along just fine; while Sarah can be a little bossy from time to time (like in "Please Repair This, Handyping"), they are shown to care for each other a lot, just like in "What Does a Tear Candy Taste Like?"
Jennie
A younger Romi and Jennie playing with dolls in a flashback.
Romi and Jennie's relationship is formerly presented as a simple relationship: when they were little, back in the Emotions Kingdom, they used to play together a lot. Even though their personalities are pretty different, as Romi is seen as the messy energetic girl who likes to have fun while Jennie is seen as the shy reserved, and studious one, they used to get along pretty well,. An symbol of this bond appears in "Find Romi's Necklace!;" the necklace Jennie made for Romi with her magic. Romi also takes care of Jennie, pushing her out of her comfort zone and, at times, confronting her about her shyness.
The only problem with their friendship is that, even though they get along pretty well, their respective personal Teeniepings - Heartsping and Onlyping - do not get along. Even though the girls try their best to keep the peace, their competitive rivalry can often create some uncomfortable situations, which fortunately are resolved quickly.
Jennie betraying Romi
The departure of Romi from the Emotions Kingdom didn't prevent them from seeing each other, as Jennie often visited her cousin. However, everything changes when Romi discovers the truth about Jennie in "Heartsping in Danger:" that she was, in fact, the one responsible of all her misadventures last season, due to a developed jealousy and hatred she had for Romi.
Romi had lived a perfect life with a comforting family, while Jennie's parents had disappeared and never returned, leaving Jennie to grow up on her own in the Emotions Kingdom with Onlyping. Having learned of Jennie's true feelings towards her made Romi terribly sad and confused, as she had no idea Jennie felt this way, despite not seeing her throughout much of Season 1.
Romi and Jennie are back together
In Secret Catch! Teenieping, where she indirectly fought Jennie without realizing it, she now has to fight her "heart sister" head-on, since she had seized control of the Mystic Town and is manipulating the Key Teeniepings so that they can cause trouble for Romi. Romi's mission turns from not just catching the Key Teeniepings, but also saving Jennie and stopping her from doing more horrible things while also trying to make up with her.
Romi's main motivation for this season opposed Jennie's: Romi wanted to restore the friendship that she and Jennie had, while Jennie aimed to reunite with her dead parents at the cost of her own life and leave her behind just like Romi had done to her. Romi winds up achieving her goal after a long and hard battle, and after finally revealing the truth about her missing parents, Jennie finally gets back to her senses. From then on, they now started to live together in peace.
Friends
Heartsping
Romi and Heartsping hugging
Heartsping, as part of her royal Teenieping role, is Romi's personal Teenieping, meaning she is in charge of staying and taking care of her, ensure her safety, and also to simply entertain and spend time with her. As such, Romi and Heartsping spend a lot of time together, especially in the Emotions Kingdom during Romi's childhood, where they become very close.
Maya and Marylou
Romi hanging out with her friends
Since her arrival on Earth, Romi also became best friends with Maya and Marylou. More than schoolmates, they like to spend time together having fun in Harmony Town. They all mutually support each other and push themselves to their limits when needed. After learning Romi's secret identity they become more closer as they sometimes help Romi in her missions and interacting more with the Teeniepings.
Dr. Monziu
Dr. Monziu taught Romi not just spells, but the philosophy and ethics of magic. Their understanding transcends words; a glance or a subtle gesture can convey complex magical instructions or emotional support during intense missions. Having known Romi since early childhood, Dr. Monziu filled a void or enhanced a positive familial dynamic. He offered unconditional support and belief in her abilities, fostering her self-confidence in ways no one else could. This makes his presence in missions inherently reassuring.
Romi's understanding of herself, her powers, and her place in the world was heavily influenced by Dr. Monziu's early teachings. He helped her discover and embrace her unique magical signature, making him intrinsically linked to her very identity as a magic-user. Their shared past, filled with early magical discoveries, fumbled spells, and triumphs, creates a private history that only they fully understand. Their history acts as a wellspring of inside jokes, comforting memories, and a deep, unspoken trust. During her childhood magical training, Dr. Monziu was likely the first person Romi confided in about her magical anxieties or struggles. He taught her how to face and overcome these fears, lessons she applies directly to their current dangerous missions.
Noah
In Star Catch! Teenieping, Romi and Noah's relationship evolves from initial curiosity and suspicion to a deep connection built on shared secrets, mutual understanding, and a common mission. Their interactions are marked by Noah's early observation of Romi, his gradual revelation of his own identity, and their eventual collaboration to save the Space Star Village.
Initially, Noah is introduced as a transfer student who joins Romi's class and keeps a close eye on her, even displaying an annoyed look towards her at first. Romi, in turn, notices a distinct golden ring on Noah's finger, hinting at his mysterious background. Their paths cross more directly when they are paired for a bread-making experience at Heartrose Bakery. During this time, Noah shows curiosity about Romi's past and her status as a transfer student, while Romi attempts to protect her secret identity as the princess of the Emotions Kingdom.
Liam
Romi's relationship with Liam in Heartsping: Teenieping of Love is one of allies who work together to achieve a common goal, specifically to help Heartsping and resolve Liam's conflict with Truthping. Their collaboration is highlighted when Heartsping is kidnapped by Truthping and taken to the Ramien Kingdom's castle. Liam recounts his history with Truthping to Romi and her group, then transforms into a white horse to transport Romi to the castle. This act demonstrates his trust in Romi and his commitment to resolving the situation.
Although Liam is temporarily petrified upon returning to the castle due to Truthping's curse, he is later freed when the Ramien Kingdom is restored. Following this, he reconciles with Truthping, solidifying the success of their joint efforts
Marie
Romi's relationship with Marie is one of a developing friendship and companionship built on shared experiences and mutual support during Romi's quest to find Heartsping. She also guides Romi to the magical forest where Heartsping lives, despite the potential dangers. Marie's bravery and willingness to help Romi are evident throughout their journey. Romi, in turn, trusts Marie and confides in her about her royal status and her mission. Their bond strengthens as they face challenges together, such as the threat of Truthping and the difficulties in communicating with Heartsping. Marie's support is crucial for Romi, especially when Romi is initially discouraged by her family's disapproval of her choice of Heartsping as a partner.
Truthping
Romi's relationship with Truthping is primarily one of allies working towards a common goal: the resolution of Truthping's conflict with Liam and the rescue of Heartsping. Initially, Romi and Truthping are adversaries due to Truthping's villainous actions, which stem from a profound misunderstanding and perceived abandonment by his childhood friend, Liam. Truthping, as the Teenieping of trouble, becomes the main antagonist in the movie, driven by a desire for power to avoid future vulnerability.
Despite Truthping's initial resistance and even petrifying Liam, Romi's selfless act of sacrificing herself to save Heartsping, and Heartsping's subsequent tear magic, leads to Truthping's perplexity and eventual rehabilitation. This pivotal moment allows Truthping to give up his rebellion and reconcile with Liam, clearing up their misunderstandings.
Enemies
Lena, Cindy and Hani
Lena making fun of Romi
Romi's relationship with Lena, Cindy, and Hani throughout the series is primarily characterized by antagonism and rivalry, with occasional instances of complex interactions and temporary alliances. Lena is consistently portrayed as Romi's main rival, often initiating bullying and pranks against Romi and her friends. Cindy and Hani are Lena's friends and classmates who frequently participate in these bullying behaviors.
Lena's competitive and boastful personality drives much of the conflict. She constantly seeks to prove her superiority over Romi, whether in vaulting, hula hooping, or other activities. Her actions are often malicious, such as teasing Maya about her fish's death or drawing a pig on Romi's back. Cindy and Hani are usually complicit in these actions, laughing at Maya's struggles or joining Lena in pranking Romi. For example, in "You Can Do It, Maya!", Lena, Cindy, and Hani laugh at Maya's inability to vault and dare Romi's group to do handstands if Maya fails. They also attempt to prank Romi with a gift box full of frogs on her birthday.
History
Heartsping: Teenieping of Love
Romi wakes up and begins her day trying to choose an Emotion Teenieping to become a Royal. She goes and looks in a library and sees Heartsping. She tells the kingdom and they are against it. So she goes to find Heartsping. She races a bus stop man and she wins to the Mr. Bus Stop so the Mr. Bus Stop agrees to help her. Then the bus comes. After getting to the village, she finds Marie and they run away from Happying. Happyping traps Romi in a bubble and she falls but is saved by Liam. She goes to Marie's home and sleeps there. Then, along with Marie, goes and finds Heartsping. They try everything to talk to Heartsping but fail. They run into Lalaping and then she starts breathing fire, which causes a forest fire. Heartsping almost faints, but is saved by Romi and Liam and they gain Heartsping's trust. Truthping takes Heartsping and Romi starts having nightmares about Heartsping. She wakes up and Liam tells Romi and Marie the story about Truthping and they go to the Ramien Kingdom to get Heartsping. She gets her and Truthping turns into a monster. Heartsping is under a pillar and Romi sacrifices herself to save Heartsping and then she dies, but is saved by Heartsping's tear magic. She goes and transforms with Heartsping. She restores the Ramien Kindom and Lalaping and Happying. Liam and Truthping then share a heartwarming reunion.
Life in the Emotions Kingdom
A picture of Romi as a baby
Romi grows up and spends her childhood happily in the Emotions Kingdom with her mother, father and grandmother. Heartsping gets in charge of taking care of her, and they practically spend all their time together, growing big links. She also very often plays with the other Royal Teeniepings, and she also grows big links with her cousin Jennie, who becomes like a sister in her eyes.
Romi celebrating her birthday
Globally, she is well-treated by everyone, because of her status as the princess of the kingdom and her position as first in line for the throne. She also attends wizard classes with Dr. Monziu and learns a lot about the magic of the Emotions Kingdom. She is heavily characterized by her curious and energetic personality, which can sometimes create some chaos or unexpected situations: she most notably finds Dr. Monziu's classes a bit boring.
Romi entering the Cube Chamber
But, one day she gets guided by Giggleping's evil forces, and enters the Cube Chamber, where all the Teeniepings' cubes reside. She touches some buttons previously actioned by Giggleping, unaware of her presence, which causes the release of all the Teeniepings of the chamber. She only succeeds to catch Heartsping, who was with her at this moment.
Season 1: Repairing Her Mistakes
Romi on her bread delivery mission
In "The Cookie Mess", Romi settles on Earth in Heartrose Bakery owned by her older cousin Sarah, and becomes a normal girl of Harmony Town. She spends most of her time at school working at the bakery. She notably often goes on special bread delivery missions or helps the boys take care of the shop. When she has some free time, she hangs out with either her new friends Maya and Marylou, or plays with the Royal Emotion Teeniepings.
Romi in a sleepover with her friends
Meanwhile, she starts her mission to catch all the Teeniepings in secret, with the help of Heartsping and the other Royal Emotion Teeniepings she encounters. When a Teenieping is around, she hides away to transform into a magical princess, and often chases after them. Nobody outside of Sarah is aware of this, so she stays very careful to not reveal anything about that.
Romi ate the berry pie
In "Unforgettable Birthday Party", when everyone seems to be out and away from her - on her twelfth birthday - Romi sulks about Harmony Town wondering if anyone remembers it was her special day. Just when all hope seems lost, the Heartrose Bakery staff and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings re-appear with a surprise birthday party all set up for her. Along with this, she gets a message from her family, wishing her well and that she catches the Teeniepings soon.
Romi's strange encounter with Happying
In "Likey the Pranks, Giggleping!", as Romi has been dreaming about Happying, the final Royal Emotion Teenieping she has yet to encounter, she encounters Giggleping, a peculiar Teenieping who she decides to name, and she can't properly catch - despite transforming - due to the Magic Catcher being unable to gather any proper data on her. Giggleping is enamored by the Magic Catcher's abilities and - given her naughty and mischief-making nature, gives her a wicked idea.
Giggleping targetting her Magic Catcher
Giggleping wants to steal the Magic Catcher to pull the biggest prank of all: freeing all the previous Emotion Teeniepings Romi had already caught so Romi will have to catch them again! As the Royal Emotion Teeniepings clamor to try and stop her, she's able to escape, leading Romi to wonder what this oddball might be up to...
The five Romis are stacked on top of each other
In "Five Romis", when Lalaping accidentally breaks a magic mirror while playing the bakery's storage room, Romi tries to get back the mirror, for fear that it could cause more problems. When she and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings notice that Giggleping is about to use it for no good reason, Romi steps in front of the mirror, causing four clones to appear. While the benefits seem to outweigh the negatives at first (they manage to stop Giggleping from escaping, briefly), the inconveniences of having a bunch of Romis in one place start to arise. Personalities clash, and Romi decides to put an end to the clones using candies from Dr. Monziu.
In "Do You Wanna Be A Baby?", Romi is seen playing basketball with Hani, Cindy, Dylan, Lena and Marylou. Lena readies to shoot a free throw, but the sound of a baby crying throws her off, and she hardly makes the shot. Lena complains to the woman trying to take care of the baby, telling her to leave. Romi, Marylou, and Dylan argue that she shouldn't have blamed the baby since all it knows how to do is cry, and Lena leaves with Hani and Cindy.
Meanwhile, Hani and Cindy take the Lena (who was turned into a baby by Bebeping) they found to Heartrose Bakery and try to ask Romi what to do. Romi recognizes that the baby sort of resembles Lena. Hani and Cindy left Romi to take care of the baby to go look for Lena, much to her shock. The Royal Teeniepings arrive to tell Romi that it is the work of Bebeping, and Chachaping explains that Bebeping once turned the denizens of Emotions Kingdom into babies to make them remember what it was like to be a young, happy baby. Romi opts to stop Bebeping's trouble-making by enlisting Lalaping to transform with her, while she leaves Baby Lena to the others.
Romi and Lalaping arrive at the park on Romi's bike to meet Bebeping, and they transform into Princess Melody together. Bebeping launches three streams of Tinkle Puff in Romi's direction, but Romi dodges them. But Bebeping's magic comes with a twist; it reverses in the direction it was supposed to go and hits Romi, turning her into a baby, much to the shock of Lalaping.
Things aren't looking up for Baby Romi and Lalaping, as Romi gets distracted by a butterfly. Lalaping tries to chase her around, but Romi won't stop for anything. She continues to follow the butterfly onto a park bench until she reaches the edge of it and starts to fall. Lalaping tries to catch Romi but ends up getting squished. Fortunately, Romi is okay as she continues to follow the butterfly, but unfortunately, Lalaping lies on the ground dazed after trying to catch Romi.
Romi hugging the aliens
In "Aliens at Heartrose!", Romi and the Royal Teeniepings notice the two Aliens and can't quite make out who they are (plus Romi's Teenieping Alert doesn't ring), since they aren't Teeniepings. The Captain and his servant are picked up from the legs by Romi, and the Captain tries to act cute and tells them of their "mission" and that they forgot their map.
Three hours later, the aliens are tuckered out from playing and notice Sarah's on her phone! They shake off the bandages and the Captain readies to use "one last resource," but his Servant stops him for fear that it may be dangerous.
The Royal Teeniepings and Romi arrive on the scene and the jig is up! They now know what they intend to do (via Dadaping), but the Captain readies to snap his fingers and use the power of the glove for something terrible. Gogoping stops him at the last minute, covering the glove, and the other Teeniepings scramble to stop the Captain.
Romi giving the Teeniepings cookies
In "Teenieping Carnival", Romi and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings host the titular Carnival for the previously caught Emotion Teeniepings to enjoy. When Giggleping tries to ruin the fun, the latter is invited to join the party instead. After enjoying some cookies, Giggleping joins the others as they dance to "Hi" by Hye-joo. Meanwhile, Romi longs to see Happying again and starts to cry in worry. This leads Giggleping to debate on whether or not she should steal the Magic Catcher, but she decides not to.
Romi learning the truth about Happying
In "Happying's Back", Romi learns of the truth about Giggleping after a confrontation involving them two and Gogoping. When Gogoping knocks the badge off of Giggleping's hoodie, it's taken in to Romi's bedroom for further investigation. Romi and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings learn of the Yummy Fruit and its dangers toward Teeniepings. But as Romi looks closely at the badge, she comes to a heartbreaking realization: Happying was Giggleping all along!
An emotional Romi sets out to confront Giggleping one last time, who is dealing with a lot of pain without her badge. But with a kiss, Romi is able to withstand Giggleping's overwhelming power and restore back to her original form as Happying.
Romi concerned about Happying's sacrifice
In "In The Name Of The Royalpings", Romi and the Teeniepings fight Egoping after learning that she was the one who controlled Happying and manipulated her into eating the Yummy Fruit and going rouge on the Emotions Kingdom. Romi tries everything to stop her, but nothing seems to work! Egoping then manages to seize the Magic Catcher. Suddenly Happying sacrifices herself, feeling as though all of what's happened was her own fault.
Romi beating Egoping
In "Princess Veronica", Romi tries to resuscitate Happying following her sacrifice, but fails and gives up. She gets trapped in one of Egoping's giant magic balls after trying to protect the Royal Emotion Teeniepings with all of her energy. But thanks to Heartsping's tear magic, the Royal Emotion Teeniepings' magic activates, triggering the transformation of Princess Veronica. Altogether, they successfully manage to defeat Egoping and Romi manages to catch her.
However, this battle has led her friends to discover her secret identity. Thus, after she has caught all the Teeniepings in Harmony Town, she will have to return to the Emotions Kingdom with the Royal Emotion Teeniepings. Her friends Maya and Marylou get very saddened and disappointed, thanking her one last time before her departure.
Romi reuniting with her friends
When she arrives in the Emotions Kingdom, she happily gets back to her family, before realizing that she misses her life in Harmony Town too much. She explains her feelings to her family, and asks them to go back to Earth, which they accept. A while later, she gets back to her friends, and then lives peaceful days in Harmony Town just like before.
Season 2: Opening the Teenieping School
Romi transformed as Princess Diaheart
In "Twinkle Twinkle, Jewel Teeniepings", Romi finds that the Royal Teenieping students Teeniepings have seemingly stolen the Jewel Heart Wing Phone, and a mad chase all over Harmony Town ensues. When all of them are trapped at a construction site, the three Royal Teenieping students explain their situation to Romi, and she learns of the consequences of giving up her life as a princess. After saving them from a crash, Romi equips the Jewel Heart Wing Phone and transforms into Princess Diaheart for the first time.
In "Welcome to Teenieping School!", she calls Dr. Monziu, who teaches her about the Jewel Teeniepings, the Jewel Forest, and assigns her, Heartsping, and the Royal Teenieping students Teeniepings their next mission: to find and catch the Jewel Teeniepings and return them back to their home. Feeling nervous about this new mission she hardly had any time to prepare for, she reconciles with Maya and Marylou over keeping a secret about her identity. Romi, Heartsping and the new Royal Teenieping Royal Teenieping studentss receive the Teenieping School to commence their studies.
In "Another Princess", while enjoying a nice, peaceful day, Romi's cousin Jennie comes to visit her for the first time. They get to spend some time together over tea, and Romi introduces Jennie to her bedroom, while she hears about her troubling relationship with Onlyping. They then enjoy a picnic together, and Jennie eventually meets Maya and Marylou, and they all go to the town fair.
However, when Jennie goes missing, an irate Onlyping commands that Romi, Maya, Marylou and the Royal Teenieping students Teeniepings to search for her. They're able to find her, but notice that Heartsping and Onlyping are engaged in a duel. Jennie stops the two of them and takes her leave back to the Emotions Kingdom.
In "A Perilous Picnic", Romi invites Jennie and the Jewel Teeniepings to a picnic on the beach, she apologizes to Heartsping for not telling her in advance. The picnic seems to be going smoothly, but things get worrisome as Heartsping tries to protect the Jewel Teeniepings from various incidents that don't seem to do any harm to anyone.
When Romi finds that Heartsping and the Jewel Teeniepings have been gone for a while, they go to search for them. They eventually find that Heartsping was able to save them from an intruding Maskping, which relieves Romi.
In "Teenieping School Graduation", Romi watches the titular graduation for the Jewel Teeniepings along with Maya, Marylou, Jennie, the bakery staff, and the Royal Emotion Teeniepings. She appears to look back fondly on the memories that were made throughout their time, and starts to cry when she realizes she'll have to say goodbye. As a token of the Jewel Teeniepings' gratitude, Romi receives the Imperial Stone, a magic tool that comes from the combined magic powers of them all. As Romi is saying goodbye, however, Heartsping is kidnapped by Maskping, to Romi's shock.
Jennie and Romi flying to the Emotions Kingdom
In "Heartsping in Danger", Jennie convinces Romi to join her in rescuing Heartsping. Together, they journey to a cavern in the Emotions Kingdom, and are able to stop a duel between Heartsping and Maskping with Jennie trapping Maskping. The three of them encounter the Jewel Dragon and Jennie convinces Romi to try and tame it to save the Jewel Forest from deteriorating, instead of just escaping with Heartsping.
Romi follows through with this, retrieving the Legendary Spellbook hidden within the Jewel Dragon, but Jennie grabs the spellbook for herself, allowing her to control the Jewel Dragon on her own. Maskping then reappears to try and protect Jennie from the dragon's onslaught, revealing it to be Onlyping. To Romi's surprise, Heartsping tells her about Maskping's true identity, apologizing for not telling her sooner, as Romi tries to confront the reality of what's just happened.
Romi riding on the Jewel Dragon
In "The Jewel Forest is Restored", Romi listens to Jennie as the latter explains what caused her to do what she had done. She tries to convince her that she still cares about her, but Jennie refuses, choosing to leave her and Heartsping behind with the Jewel Dragon ready to attack.
Romi successfully restoring the Jewel Forest
They're able to escape with the help of the Imperial Stone - dropped off by the Royal Teenieping students - and is able to sedate the Jewel Dragon, allowing it to restore the Jewel Forest so that the Jewel Teeniepings can settle back into their home safely.
Season 3: Redeeming Jennie
Romi welcoming the residents in the bakery
In "Secret Catch! Key Teeniepings", Romi is seen welcoming the residents of Harmony Town to the new Heartrose Bakery and helping the Heartrose Bakery staff out. Maya and Marylou enter, and remind Romi about the promise they made to go on a bike ride together. She then apologizes for not remembering and her friends quickly lead her out.
While riding their bikes, Romi, Marylou and Maya are biking down a beautiful path and enjoying the outdoors. A plane is seen flying above, and out a keyhole on the side of it, Okeydokeyping, Nanaping, and Trueping all pop out and fall, and crash right into Romi. Heartsping asks the three Teeniepings about who they are, and, seeing the Royal Symbol on her knowing she's an ally based on the Royal Teenieping symbol on her chest, is asked if she knows Romi.
Hurryping facing Romi
In "Transform! Floraheart", she finds Hurryping making everyone act super fast and busy. Despite her best attempts at stopping her, she gets hit by Hurryping's Tinkle Puff and is sent into a craze to try and find a solution. She races to her mirror to call Dr. Monziu and find a way out of this mess, and he alerts her that her new magic tool will arrive soon.
Hurryping facing Princess Floraheart
She receives the Mystic Heart Wing after just about escaping with Hurryping - which changes Heartsping's appearance - and allows her to transform with her into Princess Floraheart. Together, with the Royal Key Teeniepings, they're able to catch Hurryping, despite his attempts at going into hiding using the new Mystic Heart Wing Bow. As the Royal Key Teeniepings celebrate their victory, Romi hopes that she'll be able to get back to Jennie and restore their friendship.
The Royal Key Teeniepings introduce themselves properly to Romi and Heartsping; Dr. Monziu reminds her of her new mission: to catch the Key Teeniepings that were sent to Earth. With this, the Teeniepings receive the Secret Castle, acting as their living quarters.

Season 4: Defeating Puffping
In "Sweet Dessert Teeniepings", Romi, Heartsping, Maya, and Marylou are trying to make their own cupcakes while the Heartrose Bakery staff monitors their progress as Romi places the strawberry on her cupcake, adding the final touch to it. Heartsping has finished with decorating her own cupcake only for Romi to immediately laugh at it for how ridiculous it looks, and question if it's something that Heartsping can't do. Heartsping scoffs at her by telling her that she doesn't seem to have the eyes to see her work, which confuses her.
She was still confused of the name, "Dessert Teenieping," but Heartsping explains that because she met her when she was very young, she likely doesn't remember them. She elaborates that the Dessert Teeniepings live in the forest that's from the east of the Emotions Kingdom, which is called the Dessert Town, and are the ones responsible for making various desserts. In addition, the Magic Sugar Ball contains powerful Sugar Magic that is able to protect the village from any harm.
Later on, she gets informed by Dr. Monziu through her mirror that she has to catch all of the Dessert Teeniepings so that she can restore the Dessert Town; however, he instantly hangs up as Romi asks him what she should catch them with. Regardless, Romi heads out to find the Dessert Teeniepings and find the object that she needs to carry out her mission.
In "Transform! Princess BerryHeart", Romi steps in and tries to take the Sugar Berry Compact, as Fluffyping was gonna give it to Lena. However, Lena takes the Sugar Berry Compact back from Romi, and the latter tries to get it back, but is hesitant to tell her why as to hide her secret identity as a princess. As Candyping witnesses them fighting, she uses her magic on Romi, causing her to act affectionate and kind towards Lena.
As Lena gets surprised, she grabs Fluffyping and runs away with her and the Sugar Berry Compact. After Lena left, Shashaping uses her Ice Cream Fairies on Romi to dispel the effects of Candyping's Tinkle Puff on her. She then discovers Candyping who reveals her to be the one behind Romi's unusual sweet behavior towards Lena that seems like she's complimenting her.
However, upon receiving the Sugar Berry Compact, Romi transforms with Heartsping - who's changed her appearance - into Princess Berryheart. After a while, Romi chases Lena along the river who still has Fluffyping with her. In a desperate attempt to escape, she quickly shoves some people out of the way to get into a ferryboat so that she can row as fast as.
Afterwards, Romi introduces herself to Fluffyping considering that she doesn't recognize her face once Jellyping points this out. Romi also thanks Candyping for helping them out with rescuing Fluffyping, and asks if she wants to come with them to reunite with her other Dessert Teenieping friends. She agrees to this, so Romi catches her with the Sugar Berry Compact out of volition.

Season 5: Recusing Auroraping
In "The Girl Who Came Upon a Star", Romi is at the station along with Jennie and Dr. Monziu after a week had passed since she's stayed in the Emotions Kingdom as a vacation. The Royal Emotion Teeniepings assure that they've been taking care of and protecting the kingdom, and suggest that Romi should go to the Space Star Village since a festival is being hosted there, but she doesn't know what the place is or the Star Teeniepings. Dr. Monziu explains that the Star Teeniepings that inhabit the Space Star Village live in a place that's far away from the Emotions Kingdom.
However, once Romi and Heartsping board the plane, they make their way to the Space Star Village. As the plane tells them that's safe to unbuckle their seatbelts, Romi gleefully looks out of the window, but Heartsping tells her that she can't stay in the village for too long since she has a lot of homework to do.
As Romi and Heartsping help Hopping up, she tells them that they have to get out of the village before the black hole gets stronger. Hopping stays behind to look after the plane while Romi and Heartsping go head over to Shimmerping and Sparkleping to introduce themselves before informing them that they should evacuate the place. Despite this, they can't leave until they get the Shooting Star Pact, which will protect the Celestial from the black hole, but it's in the village square.
Following this, Romi and Heartsping head to the square to find that Twinkleping is struggling with solving the password to get to the Shooting Star Pact. Romi takes over and makes a few guesses, but none of them work. Subsequently, she notices that the symbol they're trying to solve resembles a symbol from the Emotions Kingdom, so she explains what it is and it works.
Romi Became a Teenieping
Romi is distressed about Noah knowing her secret as a princess, which leads the Royal Star Teeniepings to cast a spell meant to help her but instead turns her into a Teenieping, now called "Romiping". In this form, Romi is shocked, embarrassed, and frustrated to the point where she faints when she first sees herself.
She tries to adjust but feels powerless, teased by Sarah and later mocked by Lena, Cindy, and Hani, which makes her lash out and run away. Romiping experiences how hard it is to live as a Teenieping, from being ignored to being chased by bullies and even a cat until she's cornered in a tree. Maya, Marylou, and the Royal Teeniepings search for her, and Noah unknowingly protects her at the key moment. When Noah catches her as she falls, his golden ring activates and restores her to her human form, giving her a brief glimpse of his prince identity.
Auroraping of Promise
Romi (as Princess Brightheart) and the others are walking in the snow, struggling against strong winds.
After falling into a cave, Romi summons Giverping to light up the crystals. When they arrive in a room with a snake monster, Romi summons Dazzleping and Mightyping to get rid of the mist. She fires shots at the monster with the Star Heart Beam, and when it knocks her beam away, she fights it with the others.
When the star staircase is summoned and the cave begins to collapse, Romi makes her way up the spiral steps with Noah. They reach the top and see symbols of Auroraping, Noah, Princeping, and the Celestial.
After the puzzle is solved and the cave inverts, Romi and Noah land near the Celestial. When the portal closes on them, they start to cry. When Auroraping and Princeping arrive, Romi and the others are relieved to see them.
The Aurora That Connects Hearts
When the black hole suddenly appears, Romi, transformed as Princess Brightheart, uses her shield to protect the Royal Star Teeniepings from being sucked in. Later, when the black hole sends a lightning strike, Romi and Noah shield the Star Teeniepings. The Star Heart Beam breaks, and Romi detransforms, causing her to be about to be zapped by the black hole.
She is then saved by Dazzelping and Mightyping. After the black hole absorbs a crystal, Romi is once again about to be zapped. The Star Teeniepings sacrifice themselves to save her, turning into stars.
Just as all hope seems lost, Romi transforms with Auroraping into Princess Aurora. She uses her magic to weaken the black hole, and after the black hole is defeated, she brings the Celestial to outer space. Romi says goodbye to Noah, and then to the Star Teeniepings once the Space Star Village is restored.
Finally, while on a school trip to an observatory, Romi gets a vision of the Star Teeniepings and wonders if she will see them again.
