The Shooting Star Pact is Romi's main tool in Star Catch! Teenieping. It allows her to identify and catch the Star Teeniepings, and to transform her into a princess.
Appearance[]
The Shooting Star Pact is a pact that has a pink ribbon with a star in the middle, and angelic wings sprouting from it. The pact is multicolored, and is decorated with constellation-like designs and ritual patterns.

Just like the Sugar Berry Pact from Season 4, the Shooting Star Pact can identify a Teenieping by using a pen. By drawing a pentagram after finding a certain Teenieping, it can reveal the identity of the Teenieping.
And just like other magic tools from other seasons, it can be used to transform Romi into one of the Princesses: Princess Brightheart, Princess Glamstar, Princess Lunashine, Princess Starlight, and Princess Aurora.
Detect a Teenieping[]
Detecting Hulaping's footprints
When the Shooting Star Pact is used with the Stardust Shaker, it can detect a Star Teenieping who has gone invisible by sensing their footprints.

The Girl Who Came Upon a Star[]
The Shooting Star Pact is on a stand in the Celestial when Twinkleping is trying to unlock the secret code to get the Shooting Star Pact, but when she's unsuccessful at doing it, Romi steps in and deciphers the right answer to get the Shooting Star Pact.
However, Shimmerping and Sparkleping's magic barrier runs out and the black hole sucks the Shooting Star Pact. With that, Romi and Heartsping rush up to get the Shooting Star Pact, and not only transforms the latter into Star Heartsping, but also transform Romi into Princess Brightheart.
The Shooting Star Pact absorbs the Celestial before Romi uses the Star Heart Beam to lasso on to a shooting star so that she and the Royal Star Teeniepings can get back to Earth.
Catching and Detecting the Star Teeniepings[]
Since then, Romi has teamed up with the Royal Star Teeniepings to catch all of the freed Star Teeniepings. From there, she uses it to identify a Star Teenieping, transform into a princess, catch a Star Teenieping, and use it with the Stardust Shaker to detect any of them who have gone invisible.

- The Shooting Star Pact is part of the line of the typical main tool, present in each season, as it replaces the Magic Catcher from Season 1, the Jewel Heart Wing Phone from Season 2, the Mystic Heart Wing from Season 3, and the Sugar Berry Pact from Season 4.
- Along with the Sugar Berry Pact and the Magic Catcher, it does not have the word 'Heart Wing' in its name.
