"Spooky Picture Time" is the sixteenth episode of Catch! Teenieping. It introduces Spookping.
Synopsis[]
When the Teeniepings go to play hide-and-seek during a picnic outside, Spookping steals Gogoping's camera to take pictures of several scary things caused by his magic! Can Gogoping get his camera back and help Romi catch this troublemaker?

Plot[]
It's a bright and sunny day out, and Romi & the Royal Teeniepings are enjoying a picnic in the forest. As Lalaping happily sings along and everyone is laughing, a spider hangs down from its web right in front of Heartsping and she screams! While this happens, Gogoping takes a picture of her reaction, making him laugh (to the chagrin of Heartsping). He jokes that he wanted to see if his camera was working fine. Meanwhile, a Teenieping is watching Romi and the others from a tree...
Lalaping asks to play a game and Romi suggests hide-and-seek and Dadaping & Chachaping agree. They all leave, and before he does, Gogoping's camera bumps into his face. He throws it to the ground angrily and joins the others.
Spookping (the one watching Romi and the others earlier) approaches the camera has a look and starts laughing when he sees Heartsping's reaction to the spider. He puts on the strap and tries to see what pictures he can take before a spider pops up and scares him away. He tries to justify this by saying he is more surprised rather than scared, and then he spots a colony of rabbits eating food together.
Spookping uses his Tinkle Puff to make a giant tiger appear out of nowhere, roaring at the rabbits and causing them to scurry away. While one of the rabbits runs away, Spookping takes a picture of its face laughs away at its reaction, and winds up walking away with the camera!
The Teeniepings then arrive back from their game and decide to stay and play a little longer, with Romi promising cookies when they get to the bakery. Suddenly, Gogoping notices his camera is gone! He knows he had left it on the picnic blanket before they went to play, but it's nowhere to be found; Dadaping admonishes him for leaving his valuables behind. Chachaping then notices footprints that resemble a Teenieping, and Gogoping decides to go search for him with the others.
Maya is seen walking in Harmony Town and Spookping notices her and uses his magic to cause something scary to appear: a giant floating pumpkin head that laughs a terrifying laugh, scaring Maya away and she gets her picture taken by Spookping again!
Maya bumps into Jun, causing him to knock over some food he'd carried in a bag, and tells him of what's happened. At first, Jun doesn't believe her, but when Spookping once again uses his magic on the two, the giant floating pumpkin head appears again, scaring the two away for Spookping to take a picture.
Meanwhile, Romi & the Teeniepings are searching Harmony Town and, as they arrive at an alley and start to think Spookping isn't in town, Romi's Teenieping Alert rings and she checks the Magic Catcher to find Spookping. They do and this leads Romi to transform with Gogoping into Princess Star.
Meanwhile, Dylan is seen kicking a soccer ball while Aiden stands by fixing his hair. Dylan wants him to play and manages to get Aiden to kick the ball over to him. Dylan passes it over, and Aiden kicks the ball over his head and into a nearby shed (to Dylan's displeasure). They both go into the shed to go and get the ball, but Spookping is nearby and uses his magic on the two boys behind their backs Ms. Olivia appears behind them, acting “charming” again and scaring the boys away, with Spookping getting another picture in.
This gets the attention of Romi & Gogoping, the latter of whom starts a chase with Spookping all across the park. Spookping then uses his magic to cause a scary-looking ghost to appear in front of Gogoping, but he won't be tricked: Gogoping leaps through the ghost and it disappears, to the shock of Spookping!
The two then start a tug-of-war over Gogoping's camera, until it slips out of their hands and they reach out for it, with Spookping taking the camera until realizing something's missing... Gogoping has taken Spookping's flashlight! Spookping wants it back, but only if he gives Gogoping back his camera. Spookping is too stubborn to give it back, having taken so many good pictures, so Gogoping uses the magic flashlight to make a giant spider appear right behind him!
This scares him enough to make the camera slip out of his hands and back with Gogoping. The spider then disappears which gives Romi enough room to catch him so that he stays safe.
At Heartrose Bakery, Romi introduces Spookping to the others, including Kikiping, who teases him for being a scaredy-cat. Spookping doesn't take too kindly to it, until Gogoping appears behind him and scares him while wearing a spider mask, causing Spookping to cry into Romi's arms. Romi tells them not to tease Spookping from now on...

- This is the first episode where a Teenieping uses another Teenieping's prop, followed by "The Funny Monster."
- Eden and Dylan's scary illusion is a reference to the events of "A Very Charming Teenieping!" where Ms. Olivia started to act cute because of Charmping's magic.
