Plot[]
Dingdongping is traveling across the cosmos to return back to the Space Star Village only to find that it's being attacked by a black hole.
In the meantime, Romi is at the station along with Jennie and Dr. Monziu after a week had passed since she's stayed in the Emotions Kingdom as a vacation. The Royal Emotion Teeniepings assure that they've been taking care of and protecting the kingdom, and suggest that Romi should go to the Space Star Village since a festival is being hosted there, but Romi doesn't know what the place is or the Star Teeniepings. Dr. Monziu explains that the Star Teeniepings that inhabit the Space Star Village live in a place that's far away from the Emotions Kingdom.
The flashback plays out to the time when the Star Teeniepings were using their star cubes to travel across the village, fishing for stars, and work to fix any stars that had burned out. Sparkleping used her hairpin to cut the starfruits hanging from the tree so that Twinkleping can collect them, but before she could eat one of them, Sparkleping dragged her away so that they can eat the fruits together with Shimmerping.
The flashback ends as Romi is excited to go and see the Space Star Village, and the Teeniepings. Unfortunately, all of the taxis in the kingdom are currently under repair by Handyping, rendering them unusable for space travel, so Romi has to ride the Space Star Plane. Because the plane is only meant for Teeniepings to ride it, Dr. Monziu gives Romi a potion that will make her shrink in order for her to get on the plane.
Once Romi and Heartsping board the plane, they make their way to the Space Star Village. As the plane tells them that's safe to unbuckle their seatbelts, Romi gleefully looks out of the window, but Heartsping tells her that she can't stay in the village for too long since she has a lot of homework to do.
Although Romi makes a point about her not needing to do her homework right away since Sarah is away from her trip, Heartsping reminds her of the time when her parents were worried about her after they had received her low test result,[1] which makes Romi reflect herself about it.
A shooting star passes by them, which prompts them to look out the window to see the stars and comets as they pass by them. However, the plane gets struck by some rocks, so Hopping tells Romi and Heartsping to fasten their seatbelts because they are approaching the Space Star Village that's being sucked by a black hole.
The Star Teeniepings are struggling and fighting the black hole's pull, but to no avail as they soon get sucked in it. In spite of that, Shimmerping and Sparkleping use their magic to create a temporary barrier so that Twinkleping can retrieve the Shooting Star Pact.
Hopping does her best to try and land the plane safely, but it ends up going into a crash landing. Romi and Heartsping step out of the vehicle only to find that there's no festival or any Star Teeniepings, but they rush over to help Hopping up after the crash.
Meanwhile, Twinkleping is in the Celestial where she's trying to access the code to the Shooting Star Pact, but she struggles to figure out what to say in order for the pact to show itself.
As Romi and Heartsping help Hopping up, she tells them that they have to get out of the village before the black hole gets stronger. Hopping stays behind to look after the plane while Romi and Heartsping go head over to Shimmerping and Sparkleping to introduce themselves before informing them that they should evacuate the place. Despite this, they can't leave until they get the Shooting Star Pact, which will protect the Celestial from the black hole, but it's in the village square.
Following this, Romi and Heartsping head to the square to find that Twinkleping is struggling with solving the password to get to the Shooting Star Pact. Romi takes over and makes a few guesses, but none of them work. Subsequently, she notices that the symbol they're trying to solve resembles a symbol from the Emotions Kingdom, so she explains what it is and it works.
But just as when they finally get access to using the Shooting Star Pact, the barrier breaks and the Celestial is starting to get sucked into the black hole. Romi and Heartsping rush over and manages to obtain the Shooting Star Pact before saving the Royal Star Teeniepings from the black hole as Princess Brightheart, but Hopping gets sucked into it along with the plane.
The Shooting Star Pact acts on its own as it uses its magic to seal the Celestial and collect it, but it leaves Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings on the verge of getting pulled into the black hole. Twinkleping notices that the pact is flashing, and presses it to reveal the Star Heart Beam. With all of her might, Romi uses it to lasso on to a nearby shooting star before using it get back to Earth.
The star crashes in front of Heartrose Bakery and Sarah, which makes the bakery boys come out of the building, thinking that there's a threat outside, but they help her up after she got back from her trip. Upon landing, Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings reveal themselves to the others, much to their surprise.

Errors[]
- When Romi's excited after knowing what the Star Teeniepings are as explained by Dr. Monziu, Heartsping is in her Star Heartsping design even though she's supposed to be in her Berry Heartsping design from Season 4.
- This is because Romi and Heartsping didn't come into contact with the Shooting Star Pact at this point in the episode.
- After Romi and the Royal Star Teeniepings land back in Harmony Town, Sparkleping isn't wearing her hairpin.
