A Tinkle Puff is a unique spell cast by a Teenieping that manipulates a humans, objects, — or even Teeniepings — behavior.
Appearance[]
A Tinkle Puff appears as a wave of powdery magic dust. It can come in various colors, depending on the Teenieping using it.
Description[]
Using a specific object (or prop), a Teenieping can cast a spell that causes different things to happen to humans, Teeniepings, and objects, from acting shy & nervous to turning things big or even small. They can manipulate their emotions or behaviors to get them to act a certain way. After some time, however, the spell wears off and the one who gets the spell cast on them returns to normal.
The effects of the Tinkle Puff can last a certain amount of time. Usually, this is when the Teenieping is caught, after a few minutes, or when a Teenieping uses his or her magic again to revert their own magic.
However, some Teeniepings like Oppoping are powerful enough to make their magic last forever. To lift the spell, Romi has to catch them, or getting hit by the Tinkle Puff again. In Waffleping's case, even though he's been captured, he has to be the one who has to revert all of the flat objects back to normal, meaning that his magic doesn't get reverted until he undoes it himself.
Nevertheless, the Tinkle Puff can be dispelled by either Chachaping's Water of Hope, or if Shashaping uses her Ice Cream Fairies to snap the victim back to normal. Unfortunately, Shashaping's ability doesn't work in the case of Yogurtping since she uses her Tinkle Puff to put someone into a deep sleep.
Uniquely, Jennie's bracelet is able to use Tinkle Puff similar to a Teenieping since it's linked with Onlyping's magic. Additionally, Romi is able to use Tinkle Puff that's similar to a Teenieping when she's in her princess form.
Abilities[]
Tinkle Puffs are quite a common ability of a Teenieping (however, some Teeniepings are some exemptions of using Tinkle Puff but possesses a different ability). Mostly Tinkle Puffs are used for the manipulation of the target's emotions, or affects the behaviour on each object it hits, and contains an amount of duration or is pernament that lasts for an eternity.
However, not all Tinkle Puffs are harmful, the Legend Teeniepings make a harmless Tinkle Puff shower compared to the others who can make a Tinkle Puff shower that tends to affect the behavior of its target.

- Heartsping is the only Teenieping to have a different Tinkle Puff in all five seasons. This is because she's a consistent character who appears in every one of them.
- In Catch! Teenieping, she uses a mirror to blind others with a beam of light.
- In Twinkle Catch! Teenieping, she uses a harp to make others dizzy.
- In Secret Catch! Teenieping, she uses a perfume bottle that can stop the magic of a Key Teenieping.
